Our production process is treated in a global way in order to minimize the complexity of production by focusing on its flexibility by involving all company functions from the outset. The management of the production can therefore only be inspired by the "Just in Time" methodology, which is a set of techniques aimed at improving the production process, trying to optimize not so much the production as the upstream phases, to lighten the raw materials and semi-finished products necessary for production.
