RAD is a critical element in a business strategy because it represents the absolute prerequisite for any action regarding safety.
The risk assessment was conducted for all work tasks performed inside the organization and has led to:
identify dangerous situations.
identifying workers exposed.
assess the corresponding risks (making judgments of acceptability).
take preventive measures (to eliminate risk).
take protective measures (to reduce the risks can not be eliminated).
The risk assessment is a process in which participated all the figures that make up the company structure, the employer, (he is the promoter), the Head of Prevention and Protection (HPP) and the Doctors (they worked there), the Employees Representative for Security (ERS), (he is consulted for everithing by the employer) and finally the workers (they are the recipients and at the same time and they are the lifeblood of the system.
