increasing the welfare of workers inside the working place and at the same time increasing the productivity of organization itself;
strengthen its efforts to obtain that the productive activity is carried out in respect of the better conditions regarding health and safety.
PRESSO FONDERIE considers the protection of health and safety of workers, the respect of current law, the reduction and prevention of injuries, the prevention of occupational diseases, the involvement of all staff to the continuous improvement of performance regarding health and safety as a key of its business strategy

Establish a policy and objectives that it intends to pursue
Develop a program to achieve the objectives
Constantly check the progress of the program
Establish writed work instructions that will improve and will constantly monitoring the activities
Engage, educate, train and inform all the empolyees of the organization and all those who work on behalf of PRESSO FONDERIE
